Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were a bit small and poorly designed, but quiet at the back. The view was disappointing, facing construction sites. The room felt chilly, and the shampoo setup was subpar. On the bright side, the staff provided excellent service, with friendly and attentive personnel in various areas. The location was convenient, being on a fairly quiet street for easy access to Toronto attractions. Dining offered a good start to the day with varied options in a beautiful setting, though warm food required an extra charge. A couple of clubs on Mercer Street might cause noise issues. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative experiences.
The hotel rooms were nice and clean, well-designed with attention to detail, but the lighting could be improved as they were quite dark. The service was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The central location made it easy to access all that Toronto has to offer, with popular attractions and transportation nearby. The dining experience offered a wonderful variety of well-prepared buffet-style foods, though it could improve on small meal options. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and great access to the city.
The hotel offers beautiful and luxurious rooms with high-end finishes and a great rain shower, but it might need a decorative refresh soon. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a special stay. The location is superb, right in the heart of Toronto with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of well-prepared foods, but there was a huge disappointment in some aspects. The facilities were great, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at this hotel was bittersweet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they overlooked a noisy construction site that disrupted my early mornings. The size and amenities of the room were impressive, although it seems due for a decor update. The service, however, was excellent and truly made our stay special.
The hotel rooms were perfect, albeit slightly cooler than my preference; however, the lack of grab bars due to recent renovations was a downside. The service was excellent overall, but a small additional charge for service made the total cost higher than expected. The location was excellent for our needs, with easy access to popular attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, though there was a small mix-up with beverage preferences. Overall, a mixed but pleasant stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly well thought out with all the amenities a guest could need, from multiple closets to roomy counters. However, the darkness in the room due to the nearby building was a bit of a downside. The double sink in the King Room was a nice touch for added convenience.
The hotel offers stylish rooms equipped with everything you need, including plush bathrobes, slippers, and an espresso machine. However, the interior is dark due to the nearby building, black walls, and low lighting. The view from the room is obstructed by construction, and the price is on the higher side.
