On the bright side, the staff provided excellent service, with friendly and attentive personnel in various areas. The location was convenient, being on a fairly quiet street for easy access to Toronto attractions. Dining offered a good start to the day with varied options in a beautiful setting, though warm food required an extra charge. A couple of clubs on Mercer Street might cause noise issues. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative experiences.
